Young people living today are the future of the planet. Youth movements are central to encouraging international efforts to tackle climate change. Cloughjordan Ecovillage is a model for sustainable living and demonstrates an alternative, sustainable lifestyle. At Cloughjordan ecovillage, there is much to learn and we are always happy to welcome students to visit on tours.
Our ecovillage features a community farm, amphitheatre, edible landscape, sustainable houses, with many acres dedicated to forestry and biodiversity. We hope that by welcoming primary and secondary school students, we can encourage them to build a brighter tomorrow and see the possibilities and solutions for solving some of today’s biggest issues.
