The Art of Facilitation, Tues 27th February 2018, 10am – 5pm @ WeCreate, Cloughjordan Ecovillage

This training is for people working with established or emerging community groups, organisations and co-operative initiatives and for anyone interested in convening better meetings, working with groups, hosting events and designing and delivering courses in a more participative way. Adult and community educators, trainers, hosts and facilitators who want to develop their skills and ways of working to enable them to have impact as we transition to a more values-based and collaborative economy, will benefit from attending this course.

10am – 5pm, Tuesday 27th February 2018
(note: 10am start, though learning material will not be covered until 11am to accommodate those arriving by train)

Come and join the community of Cloughjordan for a pop-up bring & share community meal! Or “Street Feast”!

Open to absolutely everyone, no limit on numbers – the more people, the more food. the more food there is, the more people we need there to eat it. Simple – the more, the merrier. For those new to Bring & Share: simply bring a dish for lunch, a dessert, or an edible of some kind along with yourself and instantly we have a diverse menu for all to enjoy.

The meal will be in the market square in the Ecovillage, from 1.30pm onwards.

Please bring enough plates and cutlery for yourselves & musicians, feel free to bring instruments!

A taste of life in our community for those interested in building, living, and working in sustainable communities.

Schedule allows people to travel by train from the Dublin area and return the same day if you like. The rail fare from Dublin is cheaper if booked 3 days in advance. We are a 15 minute walk from the Cloughjordan station.

Accommodation: Consider staying over in the very affordable Django’s Eco-Hostel.
